The president of Spanish Club has numerous jobs within the club, particularly that of organizing all events and meetings. Furthermore, the president makes announcements during the meetings and lets the members know of any upcoming events. Finally, the president makes arrangements for events and is the representative voice.
El presidente del Club de Español tiene numerosos puestos de trabajo dentro el club, especialmente de la organización de todos los eventos. Much like the president of Spanish Club, the vice president is also in charge of helping the president organize and schedule events and meetings. The vice president also can assume roles and duties of the president and is another representative voice for the club.

The treasurer and vice treasurer of Spanish Club are in charge of the financial situation of the club. This includes noting down the dues that all members are required to pay at the beginning of the year and collecting additional money that may be required or earned as a result of events that occur throughout the year.

The secretary and vice secretary of Spanish Club have the responsibility of keeping the members informed of upcoming events and meetings. This includes organizing the club’s information such as the members’ t-shirt sizes and sending out emails about new projects and events that the club is working on in order to help the community. Furthermore, the secretaries are in charge of attendance of members at these meetings.

The yearbook/album representatives of Spanish Club are in charge of the club’s pages within the yearbook. This includes making sure that the information that is to be printed in the yearbook is correct, the pictures sufficient, and the design visually appealing.

The press/propaganda representatives of Spanish club are in charge of spreading the word about events that occur within Spanish Club. Though members will be notified through the secretaries, the press/propaganda will create posters and whatever else is deemed necessary in order to accommodate to the numerous events that Spanish Club participates in.

The photographers of Spanish Club have the responsibility of making sure the events that Spanish Club participates in are properly documented in that there are photos of the events. These photos will be used in the yearbook, as propaganda, and whatever other means that is deemed necessary.
