Meetings

Spanish Club will host meetings in order to inform its members about upcoming projects and events. These meetings often take place during lunch and last for around 20 minutes. Members are required to sign in at the end of the meeting.

Prior to the meeting that involves the entire club, the officers will have a meeting prior where they discuss what is to be presented at the general meeting. This includes a variety of subjects including projects, events, budgets, and fundraising ideas. These meetings take place in Ms. Méndez’s room and are exclusive to the officers only.

Members of Spanish Club are not allowed to miss more than three unexcused meetings. If this rule is broken, members will have to report to the officers and Ms. Méndez in order to explain their reasons which may result in consequences such as expulsion from Spanish Club. In order to have an absence be excused, please speak to the president to explain the reason for the absence.

Members of Spanish are required to complete in a minimum of 4 projects per year. If an inconvenience arises, please speak to one of the officers or to Ms. Méndez.

Juntas

El Club de Español tendrá juntas para informar a sus miembros de los próximos proyectos y eventos. Estas juntas toman lugar durante el almuerzo y dura alrededor de 20 minutos. Los miembros están obligados a registrarse al fin la junta.

Antes de la junta que involucra a todo el club, los oficiales tendrán una junta previa donde se discute lo que es necesario para presentar a la junta general. Esto incluye una variedad de temas incluyendo proyectos, eventos, presupuestos, e ideas de colecta de fondos. Estas juntas toman lugar en el salón de la profesora Méndez y son exclusivos para los oficiales.

Los miembros del Club de Español no se les permiten faltar más de tres reuniones sin excusa. Si los miembros no siguen a esta regla, los miembros tendrán que informar a los oficiales y a la profesora Méndez y explicar sus razones que pueden resultar en consecuencias tales como la expulsión del club. Para justificar una ausencia, por favor hable con el presidente para explicar la razón de la ausencia.

Los miembros del Club de Español necesitan completar un mínimo de 4 proyectos por año. Si surge una inconveniencia, por favor hable con uno de los oficiales, o con la profesora Méndez.
